SB 211 -- MERCHANDISING PRACTICES

Currently, if a salesperson sells merchandise and is paid on a
commission basis and the employer fails to pay the salesperson
the agreed upon commission, the salesperson has a right to file a
civil claim against the employer under Chapter 407, RSMo.  This
bill expands the provision by adding the selling of services.
